You can also mix these oils into a massage oil to help you relax and promote a good night’s sleep.
Rosemary essential oil has a lot of useful properties when treating minor ailments. Try using rosemary to treat a headache, coughs and colds. You can also use rosemary to alleviate the symptoms of stress and fatigue.
While these are certainly not the only essential oils used in aromatherapy for minor illness, they are some of the more common and effective types. Aromatherapy can work, but you may have to try a few essential oils before you find one that works for your particular illness.
